Optional

Arrangements are also open to other Queensland Government (non-budget-funded) agencies, with the permission of the Contract Authority (DPW)
Schedule of products and services A full description is in Schedule 3 of the Microsoft GITC 5 agreement. Microsoft Premier Support, Techical Account Management support, Service Catalogue offerings like operational consultancy, workshops, technology health checks and Risk Assessments.

Microsoft Certified Technical Training Agreement (MTTA)

    Mandatory Queensland Government Budget-funded Departments and Agencies (Word, 36.5kb) are required to use these arrangements under the Microsoft Technical Training Scheme.
    Optional

    Arrangements are also open to other Queensland Government (non-budget-funded) agencies, with the permission of the Contract Authority (DPW) enabling them to access discounted Microsoft Certified Technical Training.
    Schedule of products and services Microsoft certified technical training for professionals who develop, design, implement, support, trouble shoot and administers solutions using Microsoft technologies, such as: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP); Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA); Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).  These certifications may be changed from time to time.
