The Shared Service Initiative is supporting the Queensland Government's transition to shared corporate services. It has a vision of delivering high-quality, cost-effective corporate services across the Queensland Government. This will be achieved through economies of scale and skill, and is underpinned by standardising business processes, consolidating technology, and pooling resources and expertise across Government.
