The QGCIO maintains strong relationships with our partner organisations to ensure that the services we deliver will benefit as many people as possible. Key partners include:

  • Information Industries Bureau
    The Information Industries Bureau (IIB) works with Queensland’s small and medium-sized information and communication technology (ICT) businesses to help them grow and develop.
  • Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office
    The Chief Procurement Office is the Queensland Government’s expert in procurement policy, practice and education. The office manages Queensland’s State Procurement Policy, government supply arrangements, procurement training programs and other services.
  • ICT Governance Initiative Implementation Office
    The implementation office was set up to implement the recommendations contained in the Service Delivery and Performance Commission's report on its Review of ICT Governance in the Queensland Government.
  • CITEC
    CITEC is the primary technology service provider for the Queensland Government. CITEC's range of ICT services includes data centre, infrastructure and network services, solutions integration and information brokerage.
  • Queensland Government Chief Technology Office
    The Queensland Government Chief Technology Office (QGCTO) sits within CITEC. The QGCTO works closely with agencies to ensure the technology supporting ICT services is high quality, cost effective, aligns with strategic business objectives, and fulfils the community’s needs.
