<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>ICT Industry Liaison </strong>- responsible for strategic sourcing, the Microsoft Innovation Fund, software licence management and Premier Support</span></li>
<li><strong>ICT Policy &amp; Investment Review </strong>- undertakes and coordinates high-level analysis, research and reporting on ICT, business management and Cabinet-related matters, and houses the portfolio management office for the implementation of <a title="" href="/qgcio/strategies/Pages/TowardQ2throughICT.aspx">Toward Q2 through ICT</a></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>ICT Workforce Capability </strong>- supports agencies in building a sustainable ICT workforce for the future through the development of tools including the Queensland Government ICT skills framework and skills assessment methodology, ICT role profiles and ICT career streams</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>Implementation &amp; Agency Support </strong>- responsible for agency liaison and support, the ICT Baseline, and the communication and marketing of ICT initiatives, including events</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>Information Management </strong>- responsible for information management, right-to-information (RTI) and copyright use administration</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>Policy,</strong> <strong>Enterprise Architecture &amp; Information Security </strong>- responsible for information security, development and population of the Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA) 2.0 and ICT planning</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>Portfolio Analysis </strong>- helps identify and prioritise opportunities for more agency collaboration and improved business outcomes and <br>ensures an agency's overall portfolio of investments is aligned with their strategic objectives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"></span><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><strong>Strategy, Research &amp; QGEA Operations </strong>- responsible for operations, compliance and assessment related to the QGEA 2.0, strategy, research and management of the Peer Review </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:140%"></span><strong>Successful Delivery Directorate </strong>- responsible for the development and delivery of better-practice methodologies including the Queensland Government Project, Program and Portfolio Management Methodologies</span></li>
