Arrangements are also open to other Queensland Government (non-budget-funded) agencies, with the permission of the Contract Authority (QGCIO)

A full description is in Schedule A3 of the Microsoft GITC 5 agreement. Microsoft Premier Support, Technical Account Management support, Service Catalogue offerings like operational consultancy, workshops, technology health checks and Risk Assessments.

Mandatory

Queensland Government Budget-funded Departments and Agencies (DOC, 36.5 kB) are required to use these Large Account Resellers (LARs) for the procurement of Microsoft licensing.

Optional

Queensland Government Budget-funded Departments and Agencies (DOC, 36.5 kB) and other Queensland Government (non-budget-funded) agencies may make arrangements for software asset management support services with these LARs or other GITC accredited service providers.

Microsoft Certified Technical Training Agreement (MTTA)

Timeframe 31 December 2008 - EXPIRED

The arrangement has expired, however these products and services are still available from Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions (MCPLS) as listed below.

Schedule of products and services

Microsoft certified technical training for professionals who develop, design, implement, support, trouble shoot and administers solutions using Microsoft technologies, such as: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP); Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA); Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).  These certifications may be changed from time to time.
