You can register to receive emails letting you know about content updates to the QGCIO’s website.

First you need to register with the site. In the right-hand column of any page, click get email updates: subscribe now, and then register here. Enter your details (name and email address) into the form, then nominate a username and password. Both username and password must be six or more letters and/or numbers. You will need to re-enter your password as confirmation. 

Once you have registered, select areas of the site in which you are interested by checking the boxes. Selecting a top level area, such as ICT or general, will automatically subscribe you to all that area’s
sub-pages, or you can subscribe to specific sub-pages only. Click the send button at the bottom of the page.

You will see a list of the areas/pages you have selected and will receive emails letting you know about changes to these areas/pages.

You can change your details or unsubscribe by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.

Clicking on change your details takes you to the registration form with your current details filled in (except for the password and confirm password fields). Here you can change your details, including your password, then click next to view your current subscriptions.

If you do not want to change your details, there is no need to re-enter your password – just click next to move on to the next screen.

On the next screen, check/uncheck boxes to change your subscriptions, then click send.

Once registered with the site, you can log in to manage your subscriptions. In the right-hand column of any page in this site, click get email updates: subscribe now, and enter your username and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link and you will be asked for your email address. Enter your email address, click submit and your password will be sent to you by email.
