The OneSchool program involves the design and deployment of a comprehensive, flexible and sustainable information management system in Queensland state schools.
Information Queensland
Information Queensland (IQ) is a four-year $6.3 million state government program hosted by the Department for Natural Resources and Water. IQ is made up of a wide range of projects that will better enable Queensland Government agencies to deliver integrated information services via the internet.
Technology Consolidation Business Case
The Technology Consolidation Business Case outlines the optimal strategy for consolidating and managing infrastructure, networks and data centres for the Queensland Government. Once the recommendations of the business case are approved later in 2008, relevant findings will be shared with the ICT industry.
Identity, Directory and Email Services
The Identity Management, Directory and Email Services (IDES) Project is focused on the delivery of whole-of-Government email, identity management and authentication services. The implementation of this project will build necessary foundation components to facilitate future e-government activities. The business case is approved and email and identity management service delivery is scheduled to commence in October 2008.
