The program’s key ingredients 

The Queensland Government ICT Career Graduate Development Program is designed to increase your skills, experience and knowledge to help you progress in your chosen ICT profession.

The two-year program offers:

  • full-time ICT positions at an A03 level
  • up to 30 full-time ICT positions based in Brisbane and regional Queensland
  • work rotations in different roles, work environments and initiatives
  • ongoing professional development and training
  • coaching and mentoring support
  • a range of networking opportunities with ICT professionals

If you’re keen to taste an ICT career in the Queensland Government you can apply to the program if you:

  • hold a degree, graduate diploma, masters or PhD qualification
  • graduated from an Australian University in 2006, 2007, 2008, or if you expect to graduate in 2009
  • hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • are prepared to undergo a security clearance check
  • are available to start with the program on 1st February 2010
