Guideline

This report outlines a balanced approach that allows departments to meet their business requirements while still supporting whole-of-government outcomes. Whole-of-government unified communication products and services will be delivered where beneficial and cost-effective, however departments will still be able to leverage their existing telephony (and other) investments and to maintain their own department-specific solutions where appropriate
