The Queensland Government ICT Skills Framework provides agencies with a consistent approach and language for ICT skill management, capability and leadership.

It is intended to align behavioural expectations and career aspirations of ICT employees with the organisation's goals and objectives. There is an emphasis on skills assessments and staff development which will help managers decide how best to close any skills gaps.
