A Statement of work is a working agreement between parties including the Sponsor, client or other government entity, and the business unit, vendor, or contractor. A Statement of Work typically includes:

  • scope of work
  • objectives
  • schedule
  • tasks
  • deliverables
  • payment
  • expected outcomes
  • certain terms, conditions and requirements
