Web support Graduates can cover both the technical design as well as the look and feel of the website. As a Web Support Graduate of a team, you will play an integral role in supporting the organisation’s online communication strategy for both external and internal stakeholders. Your high-level communication skills will be used to ensure content is consistent, accurate and reader friendly.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • identify and document web requirements
  • identify, evaluate and recommend solutions
  • select the most appropriate medium for conveying information
  • design web elements
  • be proactive in updating and improving web content
  • work with a variety of clients to deliver solutions to meet business needs.

Technical skills and qualifications

Knowledge of:
